1:1 Habit Coaching | $400/month
Weekly one-on-one Zoom sessions, plus email support between sessions, to design and strengthen the habits that matter most.Small Group Coaching | $200/person/month
Focused, supportive group habit coaching (max three people) for shared momentum, accountability, and success. Weekly Zoom sessions plus email support between sessions.Group Workshops | $37/person

Scroll Less, Live More workshop
The first session meets Thursday, August 8th at 6 PM ETIn this workshop, you will adjust your phone settings, design your environment, and apply the Tiny Habits® Method to spend less time on your phone and more time on the things that matter most, whether that’s work, school, sleep, friends, family, health, hobbies, etc.WHAT does the workshop include?
Two one-hour, live and interactive group sessions on Zoom
• Session 1: Adjust your phone settings, design your environment, learn the Tiny Habits Method, and create Tiny Habits Recipes to reduce scrolling and increase living.
• Session 2: Troubleshoot, iterate, and expand on your success.
Email-based coaching on Monday–Friday after each Zoom session
• Personalized support to ensure you are making progress between the group sessions.The live Zoom sessions will be recorded, allowing you to watch them if you miss a session or just want to rewatch them at any time.WHEN is the workshop?
• Zoom session #1: Thursday, August 8th at 6 PM ET
• Email-based coaching and support: Monday, August 12th to Friday, August 16th
• Zoom session #2: Thursday, August 15th at 5 PM ET

Josh is a Certified Tiny Habits Coach and an Associate Professor at Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine (OCOM), where he teaches medical students and does research focused on facilitating health behavior change. Through his teaching, research, workshops, and coaching, Josh has helped hundreds of individuals change behavior for good.WHY should I join this workshop?
