1:1 Habit Coaching | $75/session
Weekly one-on-one Zoom sessions, plus email support between sessions, to design and strengthen the habits that matter most.
Small Group Coaching | $45/person/session
Focused, supportive group coaching (max 3 people) for shared momentum, accountability, and success. Weekly Zoom sessions plus email support between sessions.
